2. Domestic license with an official Japanese translation: For Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan, and Monaco, a national driver's license accompanied by a Japanese translation prepared by an authority designated by Japanese law.(International Driving Permits issued by these countries and regions are not valid for driving in Japan.)

Our office is about five minutes from Naha Airport. After you book, we email the exact meeting point and instructions for the complimentary private Tesla shuttle so you can reach vehicle handover smoothly, even with luggage.

Published rates include consumption tax, the insurance package required for car rentals in Japan, and charging at vehicle pickup. Road tolls, parking, on-road fast charging after handover, optional extras, and any security deposit are explained when you confirm the reservation with our booking partner.

We accept major credit cards and Japanese yen cash. Optional add-ons (child seats, additional drivers, etc.) are listed before payment — there are no undisclosed charges beyond what you approve in the booking flow.

Standard service is pickup and return at the same Naha-area location. One-way returns to remote hotels or other prefectures are not available at this time. Share your itinerary in advance if you are unsure — we will suggest the best option.

For safety reasons, pets must always be transported in a dedicated crate or carrier.
